This product is for the digital files associated with the 1:10 Jimmy’s 4x4 Moonbuggy chassis build. You are not purchasing a physical chassis, printed parts, or any physical item. This download provides you with files and some instructions to construct your own chassis. =

What we’re Building

• Jimmys 4x4 Moonbuggy

• Designed for Vanquish F10 Portals with BTA

• 4WS (2 front axles needed)

• VFD Twin (more skid plate options may be available later)

• Custom Links (A link set will be available from Vanquish shortly)

• Chassis works well with tires between 4.75 and 5.25 inches tall.

Tools Needed

• 3D Printer

• TIG Welder - Ideal option (but more than one person has torch brazed this project)

• Tube Bender (0.5” Radius)

• Way to cut tube

• Way to notch tube

• M3 and M2.5 Taps

Supplies you’ll also need to buy:

• Tubing (3/16” DOM)

• Silicon Bronze filler

• PLA

• Laser cut parts will only be offered from SendCutSend. I will not distribute the laser cut files to have them cut yourself. Make sure that you are able to purchase the parts from SendCutSend.

• The parts from SendCutSend will be available to purchase soon. We are finalizing setup on their new marketplace. I will send an email to all buyers when that is available.

• Not everyone is capable of the tasks required to finish this project, however there are no refunds on the service.

• I can share my methods but I can’t be sure your equipment will react the same as mine
